So, purchase 3 bags for $4.47 and get $5 ECB's. Or buy 3 toe seperators and spend $3 out of pocket, get $5 ECBs so you just MADE money! You can do this 5 times, so get 15 items. ( I just did all gift bags because I will use them!!) My CVS (QC) has a lot of little products in the front of the store by the cosmetics and the gift bags and other items are towards the back on an end cap. The facial exfoliating buff as well as the gift bags are that price. I would pay for them in 2 seperate transactions, one of 3 items and one of 12 or something so that when you get your ECB's, they aren't in one lump total of $25, that way it is easier to use them on your next purchases without having an overage of ECB's.
