Panda Express: Free Firecracker Chicken Entree

Go HERE for a free single serve Firecracker Chicken entree plate when you purchase another 2 or 3-entree plate at Panda Express. I'm going to go out on a limb here and assume that the Firecracker Chicken is either hot or spicy.  Anyone tried it?
