1) Become a Fan of Bebe on Facebook.
2) Go to the Photo Tabs and click on Wall Photos.
3) Find the Free Tote Offer image and click on it and print it out and bring it into the store 2/11-2/15/10.  (Or save it to your phone and bring it in that way!)
